The barbatella is a seedling of a grape vine that will only grow and bear fruit if nurtured with care, dedication and respect of traditions.

The Company Le Barbatelle has a connection to long and noble history of prosecco. A method used for its production was developed in the first (and still active)  Italian Oenologyc School in Conegliano. The school was established in 1876 by Antonio Carpene’ the great grand-father of Miro Pianca, Le Barbatelle’s founder.

The love of the land combined with the expertise of the local producers contributed to the desire of promoting the excellence of wines, the quality and the culture of this hilly region between Venice and the Dolomites.

Le Barbatelle’s roots in this territory ensure an abundant offering of the local excellence as well as the certainty to enjoy all the pleasures, tastes, colors and values that it offers.

Le Barbatelle also works in partnership with local Tour Operator organizing customized trips for individual tourists and groups. The discovery of the territory through sensory experiences such as: food and wine tours, cooking classes, art tours and sports activities is an unforgettable experience that would surely satisfy all the tastes.
